(1). Fixed a bug where the map wasn't redisplaying on some encounters.
(2). Fixed the dreadful lockup bug. If it does come up again switch to
INTERNAL comm routines.
(3). You MUST REINIT the game from v.09 or earlier.
(4). GT v16.00 support should be working properly now.
(5). Other cosmetic fixes.

(1). Fixed Desqview Screen Bleeds.
(2). Fixed the map viewing completely. It now displays perfectly instead
of overlapping other parts of the screen.
(3). Fixed the term program so it wouldn't display the initialization
codes on the screen.
(4). Added more random encounters to the movement.
(5). The wandering men that join up with you is only a 5% chance now.
(6). Optimized the map-data file to take up less room. Because of this
you will have to reinit the whole game (sorry!).
(7). Fixed the dead characters bug where it wouldn't bring them back to
life.
(8). Fixed a few other misc bugs that I can't think of right now.
Ghost Town ]I[ v.09 Public Beta (10/05/90) - YOU CAN DISTRIBUTE THIS !!

(1). Fixed WWIV mode. Works like a charm now!
(2). Fixed Wildcat mode with sysops who have a comport of 2. This
also works like a charm now!
(3). Locked Baud rates work!! Thank John Parlin for this one.
(4). Fixed a bug with monochrome screens on sysops side.
(5). Slowed down maint program from adding too much stuff into the
game.
(6). Added Virtual Memory Support for the map. This is optional
in the GT3.CFG file as VIRTUAL. If you are running with
limited memory, under about 200k or so use this function.
(7). Zoom-up screens are now external. They can now be configured.
Also, I am looking for somebody who is VERY good at ansi and
would be willing to draw some new Zoom-up screens for the game.
The person who is willing to do this will get a free registered
copy in return.
(8). Added a term program to the game. This was probably the biggest
modification.

Bug Fixes / Options Added:
(1). This is the first public release of Ghost Town ]I[: The Final Draw.
It has been in private beta testing for the last month and a half.
It seems to be pretty stable, so I am releasing a public beta copy
of it so everyone can enjoy!

I'd like you to keep up the good work!

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a small bug in the WWIV mode where it would choke on the
ansi field.
(2). Added GT-Power support - GTUSER.BBS. Needs some testing.
(3). Fixed a bug with displaying of ansi screens where they would
get (cut-off) half-way through the display.

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a bug with the search for camps, and the search for men
routines. It was overlapping on the remote screen sometimes.
(2). Fixed some major bugs in the fossil routines.
(3). When installing this version of GT3, you must reinit the game
because of some data structure changes to make the game more
optimum.

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a major bug in the interrupt comm routines. It was assigning
the wrong comport and that was causing it to beleive that there
was no carrier.
(2). Fixed the player ranking routines. It now reads the map file to
add your score up for the men, and camps you have.
(3). Shortened down the amount of wandering men that you find. You
were just getting too many before. It is now limited to a
maximum of 25.
(4). Added a welcome screen to the game.
(5). Made up some documents on how to create your own maps for the
game. This is so every sysop can have a different map. Sometime
in the future I will have a random map generator, which will
create different maps everytime it was run.
(6). I have included the Turbo Pascal v5.x data structures to the
game. They are zipped up in TPSTRUC.ZIP.
(7). Fixed a bug with the wandering strangers, the maps that you
were given were always blank.

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a bug in the document showing procedure. It was skipping
four lines of text. It isn't doing this anymore.
Options Added:
(1). Added Wandering Strangers, these people sell you maps of camps,
gold, and mercenaries.
(2). Added Wandering Men that join your army when run into. This helps
because before it was harder to get men.
(3). Added some better looking town menus to the game. They are ansi
menus that you use the arrow keys to select the option.

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a bug with the maint program where it wasn't properly
randomizing gold and mercinaries on the map. Instead it
was just putting them in straight lines.
(2). Added Internal Interrupt Routines so you don't need to use
a fossil driver. Check out the option INTERNAL in the
GT3.CFG file. These routines need to be tested with
locked and unlocked baud rates.

Bug Fixes:
(1). Fixed a bug, if you quit in a town it wouldn't put you back into
the town properly.
(2). Fixed a bug with praying to god. It now subtracts your turns!
(3). Fixed a bug with retreating from killer mercinaries. It now puts
the men in the right spot instead of saving over the old spot.
(4). Fixed two bugs in the search for men, and display your camps
procedures. It now displays the map perfectly, instead of
tangled to the side.
(5). Fixed some other problems which I can't remember what they were.
Options Added:
(1). I have redone the way it saves and loads the map. It loads it
into memory when you enter, and when you quit it saves it to
disk. When upgrading to this new version, you must do the
following:
DEL *.DAT
GT3INIT
And that should start you off with a better and fresh game.
Your hard disks life will last longer with this version.
(2). Started to add a Black Jack casino, but didn't finish so
that will be in the next version.
(3). Made the press any key prompt to be more colorful.
(4). Reprogrammed some of the code into OOP (Object Oriented
Programming).
